Thanks @virginmedia, new hub arrived - still not working.
Also had 3 messages since yesterday evening, warning me of a fine of £25 if I’m not in the house tomorrow when the technician arrives.
Maybe a £25 fine for you for everyday I’m without Wi-Fi maybe more applicable.

@virginmedia Plus had a message yesterday from @virginmedia saying the device is with courier and would be delivered today, but no sign and no further communication

@virginmedia any chance of getting the Wi-Fi back on. Been over 24hrs - NE34 intermittent signal since yesterday

@virginmedia No further forward, waiting for a new hub (3/5 days), meaning we have now had no Wi-Fi since Friday and is having massive issues due to working from home
