ADOR announces plan to file a complaint against NewJeans’ Danielle today:
— “We plan to file the complaint for damages and penalty today.
Exclusive contracts are based on mutual obligations. In Danielle's case, she committed actions that violated the exclusive contract. For example, signing other contracts, engaging in independent entertainment activities, or acts that damage the honor and reputation of the team NewJeans all constitute violations of the exclusive contract.
ADOR requested rectification regarding these matters, but since no corrections were made within the set deadline, we notified her of the contract termination.”

Hello, this is Team Bunnies.
Based on the reports we have received regarding malicious posts directed at NewJeans (Minji, Hanni, Danielle, Haerin, Hyein), we have been continuously pursuing legal action together with the artists’ legal representatives, Sejong Law LLC and New Lawyer Law Office.
All recently filed cases have also been fully identified and transferred to the respective local police stations, and the procedures are currently underway.
For the individuals who created malicious posts, various actions have been taken after the cases were forwarded to the prosecution, including summary fines, suspended indictments with mandatory educational programs, and full indictments. In cases where the charges are confirmed, we will continue to pursue every possible additional measure.
In particular, posts involving racial discrimination, sexual harassment, insults, and other content that can leave permanent harm can never be justified under any circumstances. For posts deemed especially severe, we have categorized them separately and processed them as quickly as possible.
The proportion of platforms on which complaints were filed is as follows:
Theqoo: 31.11%
FM Korea: 22.96%
Others: 20%
Naver: 14.44%
DC Inside: 11.48%
As for the outcomes:
Summary fines: 41.74%
Suspended indictments with mandatory education: 30.79%
Indictments: 20.04%
Others: 7.42%
Summary fines accounted for the highest proportion of results.
Additionally, in early 2025, Team Bunnies was subject to two cases filed through the National Sinmungo system for alleged violations of the Donation Act. These cases were investigated by the Jongam Police Station and Hwaseong Western Police Station. After being transferred to the Seoul Northern District Prosecutors’ Office, we submitted all records, including donation usage details, receipts, and explanations of the circumstances. The two cases were then merged into one. We also provided the same explanation to the Seoul Family Court, which acknowledged both the “use for a proper purpose” and the “appropriateness of the usage details.” As a result, the case concluded in early September, about two months before it became public, with a Level 1 protective disposition.
Thank you.
