@miladyserah @Furency0 @DeadbyDaylight -ghoul is outside of his palette vault a regular M1 killer in chase and a reduction of his movement speed would probably make him unplayable, since the best map control doesnt help you, when you cant down anyone.

@miladyserah @Furency0 @DeadbyDaylight Problem with Dracula is, that his wolf form overshadowed his vampire form anyways and reducing his speed would borderline kill this form.
Billy would loose tons of tiles when we cut his movement speed and you would make him even more unattractive to pick up for newer players-
