GPT-6 Astra is a complete beast at reverse engineering games. Gave it 2 hours while I was at the gym, and now I can play The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker on my phone 😎

🧵(3/3) From there, it just... understood? It did an awesome job extracting the features automatically from the painting. It used GPU shaders to make it's animations. I gave it very little direction creatively. Overall, really impressed with this model.

now starts a short period of time when creative people who are extremely good at prompting are so much more productive at making games, shorts, movies, and other content, that they can compete starting from zero and make new empires. maybe a year until people catch up
🧵(2/3) Once it was set up, I pointed my projector at it running an HTML + JavaScript webpage that Astra had created as it's canvas. It created it's own calibration workflow to map the boundaries of each painting. It was fascinating watching it calibrate. (x6 sped up)
