Whilst on the floor she was saying ‘ what a bunch of weirdos’ , ‘I’m absolutely raging’ . I have never come across such disgusting , aggressive behaviour and such non existent customer service especially towards a child and toddler. I’m horrified and I want this escalated ASAP!

I had the most shocking experience at your branch in Crown Street, Glasgow yesterday. The manager Natasha was extremely aggressive and rude towards my 2 children aged 4 and 2. Never in my life have I experienced such behaviour especially towards little children

She then said ‘I can give you a full refund and I don’t need to blow up these balloons for you’. She was on the shop floor arguing with me whilst my 2 children were there and then I asked my mum to take both children to the car.

@Ayshabyaysha @cardfactoryplc She was extremely aggressive and rude. I asked for the manager to which she replied ‘ well lucky for you I am the manager!’. So I said I would like to speak to the area manager, and she said ‘go ahead, my name is Natasha!’.

@Ayshabyaysha @cardfactoryplc however whilst that was happening Natasha said ‘ that wee lassie is running about with it’ at which point I said that wee lassie is only 2 years old and then Natasha starting arguing with me saying ‘did I say anything to your child!’.

I visited your store today with my mum and 2 children, aged 2 & 4. I was getting balloons with helium. Whilst this was happening my daughters both had the spinning light up toys and they have so many so I asked them to put it back
