أنا غاضب. وغاضب جدًا.
ليس لأن الدولة تريد منّي بضعة دولارات. ولا لأن هاتفي الخليوي فُصل اليوم عن الشبكة. بل لأن هناك لحظة يصبح فيها السكوت عن الإهانة مشاركة فيها.
عام 2010، أهدتني زوجتي هاتفًا خليويًّا اشترته من لبنان، لا من الخارج (الصورة المرفقة). هاتف عمره 16 سنة، لا يساوي، في أحسن الأحوال اليوم، أكثر من عشرين دولارًا.
منذ فترة، بدأت وزارة الماليّة تطالبني بدفع رسوم جمركيّة عليه، وإلّا فصله عن الشبكة. واليوم، نفّذوا التهديد وفصلوا هاتفي.
أرفض أن أدفع.



يا للعجب!
حين يتعلق الأمر بحقوقك، الدولة لا تعرف.
حين يتعلق الأمر بوديعتك، الدولة لا تعرف.
حين يتعلق الأمر بالمياه والكهرباء، الدولة عاجزة.
حين يتعلق الأمر بالنقل، الدولة عاجزة.
حين يتعلق الأمر بإدارة رسمية تحتاج إلى مكننة، الدولة عاجزة.

أما حين يتعلق الأمر بجهازي “التنكي”، اللبناني المصدر… فالدولة تصبح فجأة دولة ذكاء اصطناعي!
وهذا يأخذني الأمر إلى فواتير الخليوي.

وعندما تصبح الدولة أسرع في الوصول إلى جيب المواطن منها في الوصول إليه بخدمة أو حقّ، لا تعود المشكلة في قيمة الرسم، بل تُصبح في الدولة نفسها.

أما هاتفي، الغالي علي لأنّه هدية، فليبقَ مفصولًا. فأنا لن أدفع.
ليس لأن المبلغ كبير…
بل لأن الإهانة أكبر.
