As I've said thousands of time since living there, and NFL team in Green Bay - with a population of barely 100,000 - is one of the greatest stories in sports.
Competing, even thriving, in a league with cities like New York, LA, Chicago, etc.
This will never happen again.
One major positive: Lambeau Field.
One of the best stadiums I’ve ever been too.
Can’t say enough positive things about this venue and how they conduct themselves.
The town, the parking, the traditions…just awesome vibes.
I love Green Bay. I love the Green Bay Packers. I love Lambeau Field. And I’m so damn proud of where I’m from.
But I’m feeling a different sense of pride tonight about our city and our stadium tonight watching Wisconsin-Notre Dame.
FUN FACT: Mitch McConnell has been on paid medical leave for 51 days now. That's over 7 weeks.
This is a week longer than the 6 weeks of maternity leave that women in the US are not guaranteed after giving birth.
73% of mothers with kids under 18 are in the workforce. More than flowers or brunch, working moms need:
-Paid family leave
-Equal pay
-Universal childcare
-Universal healthcare
(But get your mom flowers, too)
