Yemin ederim annem bir kere salamlı sandviç yapmıştı dersaneye giderken, salam da ayda yılda bir olurdu. Bir çocuk gördü, “salam hiç yemedim, tadı nasıl?” dedi. Bir hafta o çocuğu düşündüm. Ertesi hafta çocuğa götürmek için salam doğrayıp koydum. Servisten indik, 10 dakika çocuğu aradım. Çocuğu sonunda gördüm, büyük bir mutluluk ve gururla salamı çocuğa uzattım.

Çocuk, biraz şaşkın, biraz değişik bir ifadeyle yüzüme baktı, ve dedi ki; “biz fakirlikten değil, annem, organik olmayan, işlenmiş gıda yememizi istemediği için yemiyoruz.” dedi.

The voice of Tails and Ino, Colleen O’Shaughnessey celebrates her 55th birthday! 🎉

Some voice actors become inseparable from one character, but Colleen O’Shaughnessey has managed it across several generations of animation and gaming. She was already familiar to anime fans as Sora in Digimon, Ino and Konohamaru in Naruto, and Nel in Bleach before becoming the modern voice of Miles “Tails” Prower.

What makes Tails especially significant is that O’Shaughnessey didn’t stop at the games and cartoons. She carried the character into the live-action Sonic the Hedgehog film series as well, letting longtime fans hear the familiar voice alongside the franchise’s Hollywood cast.
