They take issue with what has happened to Palestinians historically and more urgently what is happening to them right now. Half of their population is under 18. I don’t believe that people should be killed for their views

@normalstylegirl @TaylorLorenz I agree but unfortunately until we get more effective vaccines (that better prevent infection) things like masking, improving air quality with ventilation and HEPA filters and encouraging people to test and stay home when sick are also important factors

@TaylorLorenz @_pem_pem I still take covid seriously and N95 in crowded spaces so im not diminishing that but I think shaming people for doing things they enjoy like indoor dining, going to bars/concerts etc is unproductive and doesn’t change the fact that on a systemic level nothing has improved

@TaylorLorenz @_pem_pem Sure but i think there is a difference between the expectation that people should mask/stay home when sick (which is 100% fair and true) and calling anyone who doesnt mask in every single public setting a eugenicist.
