@CBP is there a backlog issuing travel authorization for a Confirmed I-134A? Two of my family members have been waiting since 2/4/2023. We were supposed to hear from CBP 3 weeks after. Is there anyway to contact CBP regarding this issue? I appreciate your help.

@CBP CBP ONE app face recognition is not working from Matanzas Cuba. My family can’t scan their faces to continue with the parole application. Please help. It has been down almost 72 hours.

@AmericanAir when are you resuming flights to Varadero Cuba? I cannot find flights Miami to Varadero on your website. Wasn’t American Arlines supposed to resume flights to Varadero staring November 2022???
