Last week I was sitting there trying to finish a popup I’d already spent 2 days on.

At that point I thought, screw it, I’m just going to build my own.

So I did.

I built a custom popup platform for my clients and put the first client on it 8 days ago.

So far, it’s helped 3x their list growth.

The funny part is, I originally built it because they weren’t ready to pay for Alia.

Now I’m moving my other clients onto it too and improving it as I go.

Still early, still a lot to fix.

But this is probably one of the most useful things I’ve built for my work so far.

Looking for a full-time Figma Email Designer for my ecommerce email marketing agency.

I’m looking for someone who understands ecommerce email design beyond just making things look good.

You should understand how to design around:

the product
the offer
the customer
visual hierarchy
conversion

You’ll be designing marketing emails for different ecommerce brands, so you need to be comfortable switching between different brand styles and audiences.

Strong Figma skills are a must.

You should also have a good understanding of typography, spacing, layout, colours and how to make an email feel polished without overdesigning it.

Being able to generate/edit images with AI is important too.

Once you understand our workflow, the expected output is around 3–4 email designs/day, eventually 4–5.

This is a full-time, remote position and open worldwide.

I care a lot about:

Good communication
Taking feedback well
Delivering on time
Being able to work independently
Actually thinking about why you’re designing something a certain way

Ecommerce email experience is preferred, but if you’re a very strong graphic/UI designer, I’m still open to looking at your work.
