Bro to bro,
1. Do 20 squats before intimacy – gets blood pumping fast
2. Drink black coffee an hour before – natural blood flow booster
3. Eat walnuts – improves vascular health
4. Take a warm shower – relaxes and improves circulation
5. Breathe deeply, slow down – anxiety kills performance
6. Eat celery – contains natural pheromone-boosting compounds
7. Cut the pre-game alcohol – it's a depressant, not a booster
8. Get 7+ hours sleep the night before – hormones need rest
9. Stay hydrated all day – dehydration affects everything
10. Eat avocado – healthy fats support hormone production
Preparation beats panic. Every time.
HOW A DUBAI FITNESS INSTRUCTOR PACKS 200 PEOPLE AT $45 A HEAD BY MAKING WORKOUTS LOOK LIKE AN EROTIC MOVIE
Every trainer posts hip thrusts.
99% get 3,000 views.
Kira turns off the lights and gets 18 MILLION.
Here is the breakdown of a viral content engine disguised as a gym class:
1️⃣ Uncanny Framing & Lighting: Dark room, neon activewear, floor-level camera drifting past 200 women in sync. It doesn't look like fitness-it looks like a scene from a movie you'd watch with the door locked. The brain can’t categorize it, so it keeps watching.
2️⃣ Involuntary Merch Engine: She doesn't tag her clothing line or post prices. The high-contrast neon against the dark studio does the selling. Result? 40,000+ comments asking "Where is the pink set from?" Zero ad spend.
3️⃣ Paying to be Extras: 200 women pay $45 not for the workout, but to be in the video. They record their own angles, tag the studio, and multiply her reach by 200x every single session.
She turned a gym into a nightclub, a nightclub into a content studio, and a content studio into a merch brand.
Is this pure marketing genius or softcore clickbait disguised as fitness?
Dr. Jaishankar is absolutely right in observing that the Pakistan-Turkey-Saudi defense agreement (the Mecca Agreement) is unlikely, in the near term, to function like NATO’s Article 5. Yet he may have overlooked a more consequential reality: the agreement concerns long-cycle "climate change" in West Asia rather than short-term "weather fluctuations".
What, then, constitutes this “climate change”?
1) The Abraham Accords that the Trump administration once brokered are becoming increasingly untenable. The more firmly the Mecca Agreement takes root, the more isolated Israel becomes. This dynamic essentially reflects a growing credibility deficit in Washington’s security commitments to its regional partners, thereby elevating the influence of alternative security providers such as Pakistan to an unprecedented degree.
2) The U.S.-promoted West Asian version of a Quad-like framework—the I2U2 grouping of India, Israel, the United Arab Emirates, and the United States—has effectively ceased to function. The Mecca Agreement places I2U2 in an extremely awkward position, risking it to be the region’s most notorious “axis of evil,” simultaneously resented by basically everyone, be it Shia or Sunni forces.
3) The once-promising India-Middle East-Europe Economic Corridor (IMEC) has effectively collapsed. With Iran exercising effective control over the Strait of Hormuz, the US turning increasingly isolationist, and the influence of Turkey and Pakistan steadily expanding, it is simply unrealistic to expect Europe and India to deploy expeditionary forces to provide the geopolitical security prerequisites for IMEC.
Interestingly, both the Iranian foreign minister and Trump himself have expressed a welcome for the Mecca Agreement.
The question, then, is who should be concerned about it?
The Mecca Agreement may well represent the most significant geopolitical realignment in the region since the end of the Cold War—and one that is unlikely to work in India’s favor.
