It’s weird that we do this thing every few years where a major movie targeted first & foremost at women opens above/around $150 million (TWILIGHT, THE HUNGER GAMES, CAPTAIN MARVEL, and now #Barbie, etc.) and people once again act surprised that girls like going to the movies too
The headline shouldn’t be “How Hollywood Strikes Will Disrupt Festivals.” They should be, “How Billionaires Are Disrupting Festivals By Refusing to Negotiate a Fair Deal With Creators.” Put the blame where it belongs.

Cannot wait for the first streamer to have a function where you can automatically skip intros on shows - I love falling asleep to my comedies, but the theme songs at 2am can drive me nuts.
