@Malamia09 It is very hard without breeding, at that point is not so much about mutations but also skills. A set up with repair, super luck and some strong combo can win any run:
Harpooner + Sniper Rifle + Infamous Mask
Invert + DNA Muiltiplier
Survivalist Hat + Super Luck + Stunning Chain

@ColestBig @ElCreizi @RoeRichard33476 In act 3 there is an event where you lick something and the good outcome is getting either the extra turn, extra attack heads or a 2 backflips tail.
If it fails it's random. Certain events like the "this is my hole" will give you certain mutations. Otherwise no, it's all random.
