@FaberIndia They called and now the service guy says the part send by faber is wrong size and cant be used with my cooktop…. And they reordered the part and it will take same time which is one month… ive already waited for 35 days now they say more weeks bcse faber send them wrong parts…

@FaberIndia Pathetic cooktop and pathetic service, its been 1 month issue not resolved and service partner canceld my service request without any notice.. their x handle will say our team will get back but none reached out and its been 1 week since i mentioned same in twitter

@FaberIndia Faber service is bad and you wont get spare parts.. my cooktop service is pending since one month, reason they say is spare parts not arrived and its been 3 weeks since spare part is ordered… Imagine this is a cooktop and they made us wait one month. I now orderd new cooktop.

@nobrokercom When they send you payment links saying pay token we will block flat for you, don't pay. you will never get the refund. I paid token in July beginning they said will schedule flat visit on 26th, then they said flat is gone.. and untill now I didnt get refund.. nobroker is scam
