That reporter who asked Brady Tkachuk that completely unethical, emotion-driven question is now using her gender as a shield from criticism. I’m sorry, that’s not how this works. I believe in equality. When men or women say or do stupid things, they’re fair game for criticism. Your gender, sexuality, religion or politics doesn’t exempt you. Cherry-picking a few unhinged replies doesn’t erase the legitimate criticism about how that Brady Tkachuk interview was handled. Completely unprofessional of her and a microcosm of what’s wrong with Canadian media right now.
