Depression is not just in your head. It lives in a body that hasn't moved, a mind that has nothing to focus on and a life with no real challenge in it. The softer and more idle you become the more room you give it to grow. You don't think your way out of it. You move your way out. Train your body. Fill your mind with something hard and worth doing. Give yourself a reason to get up. Depression struggles to survive in a person who is disciplined, physical and purpose driven. Make yourself that person.
after a break up, you really need to sit yo ass down and let that hurt subside, cause man you will ruin so many lives trying to force yourself to move on. crazy to say it, but itโs okay to miss that man/woman. they were important to you once upon a time!!!
