hackSheffield Society is dissolving👋
After our AGM last April, our committee was missing several essential positions, and at the start of this academic year, we were once again unable to fill them all at our EGM. (1/3)
We have therefore had no choice but to fold the society, and we will not be holding an AGM.
We will address some questions you may have in our full statement below, including the future of hackathons in Sheffield, (2/3)
If you enjoyed #hacksheffield6 and want to attend more hackathons, this is a great place to start! ✨
A favourite of our committee, they always have some fantastic ideas in store and 2020 is no different. 😁
Go and get signed up! 😉

Had a great time @hackSheffield this weekend making https://t.co/7OUfRP2Nix with @shittytomorrow
It’s a cool retro tool that lets you compare your Spotify listening history with your friends, and it’s fully serverless too!
And we're done!
A big thank you to all of our sponsors and attendees for making the event so special ❤️
