@virginmedia What does that mean?She is elderly(83)and doesn’t use a mobile so the phone is her lifeline.Please can you help me sort this as can’t seem to speak to anyone,all your services send me round the houses!!This is a disgrace to leave her like this for days

@virginmedia Apparently she is due an upgrade to her phone line.She hasn’t received a letter to tell her and suddenly she couldn’t make outgoing calls.Been advised that it would be sorted within 24hrs as she is elderly but that has been and gone with no response.
