@RealDuttyMan@jayjamiejay1 I don't feel that AI is some universal solution for every business but there are definitely some ways it can help us to work smarter.
I think because they keep marketing it from a point of replacing people plus the hit on the environment, it's going to be hard to embrace.

Understandable, but I don't see it as a replacement for real ppl but additional support. Many automated agents are annoying but this was actually decent.
E.g. u can get a quote and still and some support anytime after business hours.

I called again and gave it my chassis number for it to confirm the genuine filter I should use and it was correct.
For other filters, I asked for it gave me inventory count across different locations and it suggested a custom order from my genuine filter.
