Create an account on both and set up SSO between them.

30 minutes of activity // being outside even if its just walking before checking electronics

commit to recreational sports activity w/ close friend(s) that is once/week

train memory by recalling something you've learned during the day by writing it down from memory before you go to sleep

don't bring phone into bedroom ever
