With @hackmotion we can measure what the wrists do in a swing. There are many wrists styles as we know. When I felt my lead wrist was flat, it actually wasn’t. The feeling to get it flat or beyond is so uncomfortable to me but works for some. Check it out.

@JonathanYarwood @hackmotion I've always bowed it and cocked it too much, way past 90 degrees. It feels so weird to try to flatten it, but it's good to know that 8-15 is fine. I could never be like DJ or Rahm, but I do need to get it more neutral. Feels so strange.

Coming back from a TFCC tear I wanted to look at reducing the amount of radial deviation in my backswing.
