This reminded me of @captn3m0's constant push for NO DMs while at @sdslabs; and the anecdotes I've heard of him pushing for the same culture in the early Razorpay days.

Have some serious complaints against VD Motors, authorised Mahindra workshop in Hanumangarh, Rajasthan.
My uncle's Mahindra Camper (RJ19 GK 5292) was held there for nearly 2 months under the excuse of "no parts available."; Separately, the VD Motors manager's conduct toward my uncle and his team was unprofessional and disrespectful.
If this is how you behave with someone who has ~70 Mahindra vehicles and has been a customer for the last 20 years, then this is the kind of treatment that makes loyal customers look elsewhere.
After he protested outside the workshop on 6 May, the same parts were fitted within 24 hours.
He was told they had been stripped from another customer's new vehicle and installed on his. If true, this is a separate serious malpractice that harms another paying Mahindra customer.
Timeline:
- 9 March 2026: Vehicle in an accident.
- 11 March 2026: Handed to VD Motors, Hanumangarh, for repair.
- 11 March to 5 May 2026: Nearly two months. Every enquiry met with the same response: "parts unavailable, ordered, will fit on arrival."
- 6 May 2026: After repeated delays, my uncle protested outside the dealership with his team and raised a complaint to be escalated. He was then told the vehicle would be ready by 5 PM the next day.
- 7 May 2026: Vehicle returned, with all the previously "unavailable" parts installed within 24 hours of the protest.
Requesting a fair investigation into VD Motors, Hanumangarh, and appropriate action.
