I sincerely thank you for your thoughtful response. I will admit, it's a rarity to actually get a response when asking questions about people's claims. So for that, I thank you.
So you are aware, I absolutely did what you recommended. After I saw your message, I sat down and submitted 7 FOIA requests to DoW (processes AARO related records) and to ODNI (processes ICIG related records) on various angles of all this digging in numerous ways. They will likely combine them when processing, but I tried to break them up by complexity, wherein some cases will yield results easier than others, at least, that was the intent. They will likely aggregate them, though, but I will fight those battles.
You have my word that I will pursue to the best of my ability any supporting evidence to your claims and post 100% of what I receive.
May I ask one final question, should they argue Privacy Act exemptions: I am not interested in any of your personal information within any of these records, but, they may try to cover up EVERYTHING arguing privacy exemptions since this is your PERSONAL testimony. Should they do that, and it comes up with a legal path to do so, would you sign a privacy act waiver in order to bypass those exemptions and release the information that does not cross into national security exemption territory (nothing we do can thwart that). It's simple and straight forward, but it would need your permission. I'd pay any fees, including to get your signature notarized, if it is needed.
Would you be interested in doing that?
@why_here_again@ADelarge60@Pewpew841 Thanks. I hope you can appreciate why the optics are confusing, even under the paper trail theory.
That same person was CC'd over multiple emails and multiple months. It's hard to believe there was no implicit endorsement of what happened, even if it didn't reach up to Stratton.
@why_here_again@ADelarge60@Pewpew841 But the email was 2 weeks before he resigned. His Navy counterparts could have chosen not to play along. My point though, is they were looped in to the subterfuge.
@ADelarge60@why_here_again@Pewpew841 *people* from OSD and Navy. I don't care what you call it.
I wasn't arguing with you about the unofficial nature of it. But if you want to go there, Lacatski was out of the loop anyway by 2015 and on the verge of retirement.
@libertybirb the best argument it's real that nobody else is making is Oke Shannon confirmed Wilson asked him if he could 'trust' Davis and Puthoff about something. Whereas Wilson denied knowing who Davis was. Probably covering his ass.
@MHuntington7 The *decision* to cofound a new program would have been in 2007 if not earlier. Even Bigelow founded BAASS for purposes of winning the AAWSAP contract before UFOs & Nukes was released.
But you might be right, if the publisher blurb is putting out an anachronistic history.
I’m excited to announce my memoir, Out of the Shadows, will be published by HarperCollins in North America on October 13, 2026. In the book, I break my silence to reveal everything I legally can about my investigations of UAP and non-human intelligent life on behalf of the U.S Government and the profound impact my work had on me and my family. We are at a turning point in human history and I am proud to play a role in opening the public’s eyes to the truth and bringing about long overdue disclosure.
