@IRCTCofficial @RailMinIndia Had a bad experience at Udna Railway Station, Platform 3. A vendor at the stall shown in the photo charged ₹15 for biscuits marked ₹10 (₹30 for 2). When I asked why they were being sold above the marked price, the vendor responded rudely.

@RailwaySeva @drmbct I am not satisfied with this resolution. My original complaint was closed without addressing the ₹10 excess amount charged to me (₹30 charged for 2 biscuits marked ₹10 each). I have now raised the issue of refund, but subsequent complaints are simply being marked as duplicate
