@samsung u shld knw that @SamsungEgypt r jeopardising ur brand bcoz of some serious after-sales issues. watch out for a snowball of fury

[Hadeel El Deeb @hadeeldd]

@SamsungEgypt post 4: or maybe an #LG TV. I've heard their TVs are way "smarter" so I would assume so would their after-sales care.

[Hadeel El Deeb @hadeeldd]

@SamsungEgypt post 3: that "smart TV" I got was only used for 3 months before it just died. so maybe @SonyTV would be a much better option

[Hadeel El Deeb @hadeeldd]

@SamsungEgypt post 2: here's the link to the recorded call http://t.co/2jqN9BGPtS & here's an idea for some reality check u seem to need

[Hadeel El Deeb @hadeeldd]

@SamsungEgypt post 1: I've had enough of ur inefficient customer "care" & will bless u with a recording of today's call with ur call centre

[Hadeel El Deeb @hadeeldd]

@BlackBerry @BlackBerryHelp 6 letters stopped functioning for no obvious reason & the supplier / distributor is insisting on "fixing" it

[Hadeel El Deeb @hadeeldd]

@BlackBerry @BlackBerryHelp I need an official representative in #Egypt. I have a serious problem w my Q5 that I just bought 2 months ago
