Here are some untapped niches in Healthcare that can make you an overnight billionaire in Nigeria.

- Build ICU ( Intensive Care Unit ) centers . For a population of over 200 million we don't have enough to cater for Emergencies.

- Build Kidney Transplant and Dialysis Centers. Kidney problems remain a big issue, more people are now exploring transplant.
Centers are so few.

- Build a Cancer center with Radiotherapy machines-
An untapped niche, we have so few machines to address Millions of Cancer cases.

- State of the Art Diagnostic and Interventional Radiologic centers.
Some states don't have functioning CT scan, MRI.
Foreign companies are already leveraging on this and making big bucks.

- Invest in a Rehab facility
Drug use won't stop, More awareness is ongoing.
More people know they need help.
But facilities are few.

- Build a Breast Milk Bank.
Might sound weird but some Mums still have lactation problems.
Be the center of Breast Milk for Mums that aren't producing well.
A gold mine.

- Build a Sperm and Egg storage facility
People are expanding their minds to how much they store their gametes for future purposes.
Be the juggernaut.

- Invest in Geriatric and Old people homes.
Japa will continue, Exodus will continue. Parents will get old.
Children will leave..who will take care of them??
Your facility.

- Invest in Stem cell transplant center
Another one that's yet to peak in Nigeria
From sickle cell, blood cancers and more.
Solutions abound.

- Invest in a Liver transplant Center.
Another Gold mine.
Most times in Nigeria, liver cancer and liver diseases, the end stage is death.
Barely is a transplant attempted due to cost.
Be the solution.

- Invest in an Organ Donation facility.
Soon, we will be having organ banks where people can get legal Organs for transplant.
No organs should waste.

These are potential for investments that I have identified.
I do hope people launch into this and build.

A lot of people don’t know that Apple has an Authorized Service Provider in Nigeria for repairs.

If your device is covered by Warranty or AppleCare+, you can take it to Ensure. Repairs can take a few weeks depending on the issue and parts availability.

The first thing I heard when I opened this 𝙆𝙪𝙣𝙡𝙚 Remi's new movie was Baby Wonder's cry.

I don't know if I'm right, but if that was actually baby Wonder's cry, then it does justice to everything I'm about to say here.

Kunle Remi told one of the most emotional stories in this new movie.

He titled it "Shege for Two." To be honest, I was expecting a serious-toned movie.

I mean... a movie that opens with Kunle Remi starring as a barrister?

But the intro immediately changed my expectations.

A baba who acted like a podcast host started talking about different kinds of wahala, threw a hilarious stray bullet at one of Kunle Remi's previous ALTAR CALL movie role, and then introduced us to another fresh dose of wahala.

That intro was hilarious. I won't lie.

The opening scene introduced the beautiful Teniola Adeleke as the pregnant wife of a lawyer.

The summary of the movie is pretty simple.

A pregnant wife constantly complains about her husband's busy schedule and wishes he would do better. The husband, on the other hand, insists that if he were the woman, he'd handle pregnancy much better because, according to him, she's not the first pregnant woman in the world.

As expected, both of them remain at loggerheads. Then... wahala.

The husband wakes up only to discover that the pregnancy has mysteriously been transferred to him while his wife is no longer pregnant.

From that point, they are forced to live each other's realities.

The wife gets a firsthand taste of what it means to be a lawyer, a father, and the family's provider.

The husband now has to experience what it feels like to carry another human being inside his body, deal with hormonal changes, crazy cravings, discomfort, and the constant need for love, care, and attention.

That was where the comedy peaked.

But on the other side of the coin, there was a lesson anyone could pick from it.

Both of them eventually became exhausted by the roles they had once dismissed so casually.

They desperately wanted their old lives back.

And when everything finally returned to normal... you can already imagine the kind of peace that returned to that home.

The only thing that kept running through my mind while watching was...

MENNNN... is this really what pregnant women go through?

The cravings alone? Wild Like Very wild.

The one that completely got me was when "pregnant Demilade" (played by Kunle Remi) opened the fridge, lay flat on the bare floor in front of it while the cold air was blowing on him, and when the WIFE asked what he was doing, he simply replied,

"Just leave it like that... it makes me feel comfortable."🤭 I saw a lot.

And honestly, my mind went straight to every man who casually throws around the question,

"What do you even bring to the table?" Because...
Hmm.

As someone who followed the miraculous birth of Kunle Remi's actual child, not the movie baby o, I'm talking about Baby Wonder, something kept telling me this movie may have borrowed one or two things from his real-life experience as a first-time father.

Especially when you remember how present he was throughout his wife's pregnancy, right into the labour room.

I may be wrong. But something tells me this wasn't just another Kunle Remi comedy.

It felt like a man telling a story. Maybe his own.
Maybe one inspired by his journey.

And perhaps passing a message to every husband who will someday find himself in those shoes.

If that's the case... Then I sincerely applaud his storytelling. Ah! it was on another level to think of this.

Some parts felt too real not to come from lived experience.

There was even a robbery scene where he somehow managed to squeeze in his humorous rivalry with Deyemi Okanlawon.

The moment he shouted, "Jesus! Is it not Okanlawon's house they're robbing?" I lost it. 😹

He also gave us two different versions of himself.

One minute he was the emotional husband.

The next minute, we even him switched role into the "BABA MI" Kunle Remi we've all come to know and enjoy.
