Just a month ago, illegal alien Bryan Josue Alva-Rodriguez was charged with murder, vehicular manslaughter, and DUI after killing 8-year-old Arya Cruz Acencio.

Arya and her family were heading home from a Thanksgiving celebration when the drunk Alva-Rodriguez slammed into their car.

The crash killed Arya and left her father, a Marine, with a leg amputation and a traumatic brain injury.

Before this, Alva-Rodriguez had two DUIs in 2020 and 2021. In 2023, an immigration judge ordered him deported. He stayed anyway and was able to work illegally in California thanks to Gavin Newsom’s failed policies protecting criminal foreigners.

Not a single Democrat batted an eye over Arya’s death. No protests. No marches. No press conferences demanding justice for her or her family. Not a single celebrity made a TikTok crying about it.

But now, they are protesting over a woman who was trying to protect illegals, and some are even threatening to harm ICE agents who are simply trying to remove foreign criminals like Alva‑Rodriguez from our country.

Democrats aren’t just hypocrites, they’re evil.
