@UberEats 1) Contacted you with an issue directly after my order arrived 2) I was promised a credit 3) Didn’t receive the credit so I contacted you again but you blew me off for 5 days & 4) now you can’t do anything to help because it’s been >48 hours since the order.
@UberEats@MalakarMon53559 You aren’t important to them. None of us are. They’ll probably reply and tell you that because you didn’t contact them with 48 hours (which you obviously did,) that they can’t do anything.
@littlecaesars Placed an order 1 hour ago with an estimated ready time of 20 minutes. An hour has gone by and they haven’t even started my order yet, but there isn’t any easy way to cancel. What gives?
@DoorDash_Help@abhiraj_16 They don't care. I had a recent order that was never delivered, was promised a refund via phone *and* email, but I never received it. Tried chatting twice today only to be told that they can't help me because that's "DoorDash's current compensation policy."
