I've posted various versions of this before. According to the Constitution the @VP is the President of the Senate!
Currently because of the older "tradition" the oldest Senator of the party in control is the President Pro Tempore, in this case it's Chuck Grassley.
Tradition also says that the party in control elects a Leader to run the Senate and manage the presentation of bills.

At this point it very obvious that not only is Thune blocking multiple pieces of legislation in order to sabotage @POTUS but that @ChuckGrassley is complicit by refusing to drop Blue Slips. One is using Tradition and the other is most likely using blackmail and threats.

Send in @VP @JDVance as President of the Senate have him take over the Senate relieve John Thune as the leader, Remove Mitch McConnell from the rules committee! Take over and pass every piece of legislation Thune has been sitting on.
Remove the filibuster, fire the Democrat Parliamentarian and eliminate Blue Slips on the Judiciary Committee.
It is also time for @potus to fire that chipmunk faced little shit from the @RNC !
He has become a liability to the Republican Party.
