SUPERNATURAL KNOWLEDGE

📖 In whom are hid all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge (Colossians 2:3).

Some years ago, a man called a press briefing where he questioned the authenticity of a miracle that happened at an evangelist’s crusade. According to him, the evangelist claimed that someone who was born blind had begun to see, and to prove this, he made the person identify the colour of a tie.

This man wondered how someone who was born blind and never interacted with colours could immediately identify a colour without first having to learn it. He thus concluded that the miracle wasn’t real. To consider such a miracle as fake is to not know the power of God, as Jesus said: “...ye do err, not knowing the scriptures, nor the power of God” (Matthew 22 :29).

Our opening scripture says that Jesus Christ is the embodiment of all wisdom and knowledge. Why would it be strange or impossible for the same God, who can open blind eyes, to enable a man who was born blind to instantly identify colours supernaturally? What God did was to impart that man with the gift of knowledge.

This is a gift of the Spirit that’s so important. By it, you supernaturally know the things of this life. One of my very first experiences of the manifestation of the gift of knowledge was when, by inspiration, I described the inside arrangement of a certain fruit I had never seen before. The person I was talking with went to a biology textbook to examine what I had said and found everything I had said to be perfectly correct.

Most of the things I know, I know by the Spirit, through the gift of knowledge. Many times, Scriptures are supernaturally unveiled to me. Sometimes, I just know what’s in the original text. These are higher blessings God has graced us with that the natural man can never attain. “But why aren’t many Christians manifesting this gift?”

It’s because most haven’t heard about it and haven't been taught how to take advantage of it. Just as sinners receive faith for salvation and come to Christ when salvation is preached and taught, when we teach or major on subjects like this, people’s minds are open for the impartation of divine knowledge. It’s one of the ways it happens, in addition to yielding to the ministry of the Spirit.

Dear Father, thank you for the ministry of the Holy Spirit in my life. Your Spirit teaches me all things and gives me supernatural knowledge about the things of this life. There’s nothing I cannot know because my heart is open to receive mysteries and secrets that the world can never understand, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

SENT TO CHANGE LIVES
Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost (Matthew 28: 19)

The words of Jesus in this verse are quite profound. He commands us to "teach all nations," which means to make students of the nations, to disciple them, to instruct and train them in the ways of the Kingdom. This is a divine mandate. You’re a leader, assigned to reveal the righteousness of God and show the world how to live.

You’re God’s champion, sent to change lives. Hallelujah! When you received the Holy Spirit, He made you a champion. Therefore, your life is meant to be impactful and full of divine exploits. You’re a hero of the Gospel, a living witness of God’s greatness. This is your moment for protagonism.

Each day, for you, should be filled with testimonies that demonstrate the power of God that’s at work in you. That’s the life of a soul winner—a thrilling adventure of divine exploits that keeps heaven’s angels captivated. The Bible declares in 1 Corinthians 4: 9, "...For we are made a spectacle unto the world, and to angels, and to men."* Think about that; you’re a marvel to the angels.

1 Peter 1 :12 says they (the angels) are delighted and desire to look into these things. They’re watching you, observing your faith-filled actions, amazed at the demonstration of God's power in your life. They marvel at the authority you exercise in Christ and the impact you make in your world.

When you step out in faith, when you declare God’s Word, when you heal the sick, cast out devils, and, most importantly, when you lead someone to Christ, the angels are excited. Knowing this therefore, be purpose-driven. You’re on a divine stage, and the audience includes both men and angels. Live each day fulfilling God’s call on your life.

PRAYER
Dear Father, I embrace my divine calling to live a life full of exploits and supernatural manifestations. Today is filled with testimonies that excite heaven. I’m a spectacle to the angels, demonstrating your power and righteousness to my world. Thank you for making my life a wonder and an inspiration, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.*

HE’S NOT SLACK ABOUT HIS PROMISE
(God’s Patience Isn’t a Delay; it’s an Invitation)

2 Peter 3 :9
“The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some count slackness, but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance.”

LET’S TALK
“Bro, people have been saying Jesus is coming soon for ages. If He was really coming, wouldn’t He have come already?” Maybe this was someone’s response when you tried to talk to them about the Rapture and get them prepared for it; they mocked and doubted just like they did in Bible times. 2 Peter 3 :3 (TLB) says, “…in the last days there will come scoffers who will do every wrong they can think of and laugh at the truth.” Some would even say, “I’ve been hearing about Jesus coming back since I was a child; if He was ever coming back, He would have come by now!”

But here’s what they don’t get: God doesn’t measure time the way we do. 2 Peter 3: 8 NLT explains, “But you must not forget this one thing, dear friends: A day is like a thousand years to the Lord, and a thousand years is like a day.” When God communicates a message to you in a certain way and then repeats it in reverse, He’s emphasizing that these are not exaggerations or generic statements. What He’s indicating is that, in prophetic language, a day can represent a thousand years, and a thousand years can be like one day. What seems like a delay to us is actually part of God’s perfect plan.

So why hasn’t Jesus returned? It’s not because God forgot His promise. It’s because He’s patient. He’s giving people more time to turn to Him. 2 Peter 3: 15 NLT says we should “… remember, our Lord’s patience gives people time to be saved.” Every extra day is another chance for someone to find Jesus. So instead of doubting, let this truth fuel your faith. God’s patience is love in action Use this time wisely—share the Gospel, grow in your walk with Christ, and be ready! Because when the time comes, He will return, just like He promised.

GO DEEPER

PRAY
Dear Father, thank You for your patience in giving people all over the world the opportunity to come to the knowledge of the truth and be saved. May the message of the Gospel have free course like never before in all the world. And may salvation spread unhindered into every corner of the earth until the full number of those who should believe comes into the Kingdom, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
