@AmerSharifOFCL What about the holding period of such property? If the property was held for more than 6 years by parents, there will be no CGT implications. As per my understanding holding period of inherited property for family will be counted from when parents purchased that property.

حمزہ نے ایک بار کہا جس طرح کی میں بے رحم تنقید کرتا ہوں اسے خدشہ ہے کہ میں کسی “ بیرونی ایجنڈے “ پر ہوں۔ حمزہ نے کئی بار اس بات پر بحث کی کہ بھارت پاکستان کو توڑنا چاہتا ہے ، ملک کو کمزور کرنا چاہتا ہے ، اور ہمیں ایسی کسی سوچ یا آواز کا ہم آواز بننے کی ضرورت ہرگز نہیں جو کسی بھی طور بھارت کے زیر اثر ہو یا اسکی حمایت یافتہ ہو۔ دو چار دفعہ انتہائی زہریلی پوسٹس حمزہ کے بحث کرنے پر ڈیلیٹ کیں۔

یہ ضرور تھا کہ حمزہ عمران خان کا حامی ہے۔ ظلم کے خلاف ، انسانی حقوق کی خلاف ورزیوں کے خلاف بات کرتا ہے۔ لیکن حمزہ کو اٹھانے والوں کو یہ علم ہی نہیں کہ جسے انہوں نے اغواء کیا ہے وہ ان سے زیادہ محب وطن ، ان سے زیادہ سمجھدار اور ان سے زیادہ پاکستانیت کا حامی ہے اور ان پر تنقید تو کرتا تھا لیکن انہی کی ضرورت اور انہی کے دفاع میں کتنا سر کھپاتا رہا۔کئی دفعہ لکھا ہے پاک فوج کو اب معتدل اور نرم مزاج نہیں ، باقاعدہ غلام ذہن ہی درکار ہیں۔
