@Gbay99 Hey Gbay, my in-laws just offered to buy some nice silverware for our new house. Any recommendations? I seem to remember you making a video on the subject but can't find it. Happy to PM or call if you'd prefer.
@OSPyoutube Images like this make me scared to ask for a trope talk on Darkness. I suspect you'd do it justice but so often everything evil is "dark" and everything good is "light", as if skin cancer comes from a full night's rest.
@Valery0p5 No, I'm serious! There is no reason for most people to be literate. Certainly if you live in a city, are a bureaucrat, or are from money, but from what we've seen Dainix is none of those things. Plus illiteracy forces characters with different backgrounds to spend time together.
@Ghostcrawler Also, if you are curious about numbers The Art of War goes into some very specific detail on the logistics of campaigning. TL;DR, supply lines are a huge deal, and pillaging is basically required when deep into enemy territory.
@Ghostcrawler This is super exciting. I love Westfall and a lot of the reason is that it explains how Stormwind supports its population. You need *so many* civilians to raise a single soldier and seeing the consequences years of war have is cool.
@SvelteKumquat My experience was that the WoW playerbase got way more toxic some time after Pandaria. I just remember nobody being social in WoD and then taking a break and coming back at the end of Legion and feeling like Pugs were impossible. Maybe just me though?
@Ghostcrawler @micahwhipple @RobotimeCom My first thought was that my dog would destroy it.
My second thought was "But wait, Ghostcrawler has dogs!"
Please explain.
@Ghostcrawler I think guilds are also really great for defining a character. I love the ability to rep a relatively exclusive guild. And you better believe if Ravenholdt could have an all-rogue guild we would! Having a "main" guild that my character reps depending on what I'm doing sounds fun!
@Ghostcrawler Guilds are great for defining and enabling community. As with life, people want to be in many communities for many different things (pickup sport, book club, etc). Same is true for games; especially MMOs. Any solution must enable ppl who want to RP w/ RL pals, and hardcore raid.
@Ghostcrawler Daily content (I prefer weekly)
Gacha mechanics tied to real $ (could be ok with virtual currency to create diversity, but needs to not be 100%-able)
Fishing
@Ghostcrawler Hey Greg, what kind of feedback is especially helpful at X stage of development? I'm a pretty good guesser but having guidance helps a LOT and can help foster useful community discussion.
