I purchased 2 sets of NOBL Bundles for me and my wife. Luggage is great. Service can use improvements. One week see bag was flawed. I returned it and got an immediate notification that a new bag was being pulled and sent. It’s been 8 days and - Nothing. @NOBL

1. I fly a lot and I mean a lot!!! Now, I am boarding in Dulles for a flight to Nashville and I find out the there is we crew assisting with boarding that was not the flight crew. The real flight crew had a short turnaround to make my flight, so other flight attendants boarded

2. our flight for then and switched out so that we wouldn’t have delays. That is customer service and is what makes the difference in choosing one airline over another. I would love to switch my loyalty to United Airlines.
