@AmazonHelp@amazonIN Approved return pickup pending since 13 June.Escalated repeatedly & contacted social media team on 19 June but there's still no meaningful resolution. Social media team has stopped responding since 20 June.If unresolved I'll approach the Consumer Commission.
@anujmalviya207@amazonIN Facing the same issue with pickup for 1 week with escalation team and the social media team for 3 days with no luck all they do is connect us to the product specialist team and schedule a re pickup but the delivery team pickup keeps failing despite us being available

Kindly let me know if you can make the local delivery team to make the return pickup successful.

@AmazonHelp@amazonIN I have been following up since 11th June 2026 regarding the same issue with your CS team and no help received rather than disconnecting calls and avoiding chat. I thought social media response was good but after second false marking remarks on return pickup now no response

My previous approved return was incorrectly marked as "Pickup failed due to failed verification checks" despite no pickup attempt. I'm available all day and request that today's pickup is completed successfully.
