@MartinSLewis On a related note, as a British Gas customer pay by direct debit monthly on time. Since November they have marked it as a non payment and it has impacted my credit score. Every month I complain and they change it and assure me it won’t happen again. What can I do? Is this common
@Jeremy_Hunt Bit late for that after the debacle during Covid, wasted £billions on faulty PPE, track & trace etc etc. However, those who won those contracts have a great deal of money and of course the 5% interest rates will just add more to there fortunes…
