@ThinkAppraiser People get complicated with this. But having 100% equity on a property is financially very positive and safe. You could always borrow against it in the future or sell it. Lots of options. The peace of mind is fantastic.
@PastorCarlDay Michael Irvin is my favorite - loved his passion and a winner.
Staubauch is iconic but only saw him play a very little bit. Total winner.
@JulieChangRE I like modern and the height and windows on this are great. Agree it would look nicer with a wood ceiling. Just adds a garage feel to an otherwise great space IMO
@JulieChangRE I generally like this style. For this kitchen I feel like the white /red (orange) contrast is a little too much. Needs something to warm it a little backsplash, rug, textured lamp shades. Don't hate it.
@JulieChangRE Yes - seems right. Someone can distinguish themselves. I think the "look" in those photos appeals to a broad audience and why its popular but someone building real quality and uniqueness has a big opportunity. Always appreciate your posts and discussion.
@JulieChangRE Sorry. Yes I get it. Why I said it doesn't seem custom. I feel like this is the blueprint of "Luxury" that every builder is using now. It all looks like the same stuff on repeat. Not unique and not high end materials etc..
@JulieChangRE Yes. Probably specific to that location. In the NJ coast market that I look at - the location of a property by a few blocks can swing the price by $100-$500k (closer to beach = better). It seems builders now have a "Luxury" blueprint and it does not feel custom at a minimum
