The CAT Jammu Bench Has Dismissed All OAs Seeking Age Relaxation In The JK Police Sub-Inspector Recruitment Under Notification No. 02/2024. ✅

The Tribunal Upheld The Prescribed Upper Age Limit Of 28 Years And Rejected Requests For Age Relaxation As Well As Participation Of Overage Candidates.

All Interim Orders Have Also Been Vacated.

However, The Applicants Have Been Given Liberty To Submit Representations Before The Competent Authority, Which Must Be Considered And Decided Through A Reasoned Order.

A Major Development In The JKP SI Recruitment Process. The Rules Have Been Upheld. Very Clear. Very Strong.
