@KLM 🚨 @KLM I NEED URGENT HELP 🚨
I have a confirmed booking AN3WTX for my sister Bella Hakizimana Naivasha traveling from Kigali → Nairobi → Paris on 23 Nov 2025.
But your system says they “can’t find her,” and NO ONE is picking up the phone at any KLM office. This is urgent — she is supposed to travel soon.
I have the full ticket and itinerary, but we can’t get ANY support.
Please check this booking immediately and contact me.
This is very stressful and unacceptable for an international trip.
@KLM please respond ASAP. Thank you.
@KenyaAirways I need urgent assistance and an investigation.
Your manager Wibrode (Kigali airport )told my sister that he couldn’t find her in the system , even though she had proof of her booking.
Instead of helping her, Wibrode refused to assist and went upstairs, leaving her with no support.she ending checking her self online but your manager went upstairs , she couldn’t get any help from your employee Because of this, my sister is now missing her flight.
How is it possible that:
1.The system shows a confirmed online check-in,
2.But your staff “can’t find” her,
3.And then refuses to help?
4. How one the company use one employee ?
This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
@KenyaAirways please investigate this immediately and respond as soon as possible.
@MarieKresbach@allenkab33 Hello, just wondering if we should expect a press conference from FERWABA regarding the Rwanda national team’s poor performance at Afro 2025 under coach Sarr. Fans and journalists are eager to hear more.@allenkab33
Questions Arise After Rwanda’s Missed Qualification
The Rwanda men’s national basketball team recently concluded its campaign for the AfroBasket qualifiers with disappointment, falling short of securing qualification. The setback has sparked debate about the team’s preparation process and coaching structure.
In the build-up to the qualifiers, Rwanda held a three-week training camp. For the first two weeks, sessions were overseen by Coach Yves, veteran guard Kenny Gasana, and Coach Sunny. Head Coach Cheikh Sarr, however, was absent during this period. He only joined midway through the third week, arriving just days before the team’s departure.
By then, the technical staff present from the start had already evaluated players and identified strong performers. Yet, upon his arrival, Coach Sarr made his own selections, releasing some well-performing and experienced players. Critics argue this late involvement may have disrupted team chemistry and preparation.
The situation has raised broader concerns. How can a national team be adequately prepared when the head coach is absent for the majority of the camp? Moreover, is it realistic for one individual to serve simultaneously as head coach of both the men’s and women’s national teams? When tournaments overlap or fall within days of each other, as they did this season, the challenge becomes even greater.
Compounding these responsibilities, Coach Sarr also oversees FIBA coaching license programs across East Africa, which demand frequent travel. He is additionally tasked with the broader development of Rwandan basketball at the national level.
With Rwanda failing to qualify, questions are now being asked: Can one coach effectively balance multiple high-level roles — leading both national teams, managing regional FIBA duties, and driving basketball development — without sacrificing the performance of the squads?

I started playing soccer when I was 5 years old and switched to basketball at 12. My whole life has been about sports. I understand people have been texting me about how I gained weight — I get it. But please let me rest my body and enjoy my honeymoon. I promise I’ll be back soon.

Some people crave attention so deeply, they’ll do whatever it takes to get it even if it means losing their reputation. They don’t care what’s being said, as long as people keep talking.”
