Letter dated Feb 18, 2026 shows his lawyers referred EOCO's Feb 10 letter to the Clerk of Parliament for guidance as required for MPs, after EOCO's letter was delivered same day he was to appear.

EXCLUSIVE DOCUMENT: Manhyia South MP Nana Agyei Baffour Awuah did NOT snub EOCO.
His law firm, Sarkodie Baffour Awuah and Partners, wrote to EOCO on Feb 18, 2026, informing them he is now an MP and the invitation had been referred to the Clerk of Parliament for guidance per protocol.
EOCO letter was dated Feb 10 but delivered Feb 17 โ same day he was to appear. Document stamped RECEIVED by EOCO Feb 24 [No. 592].
