I think this could could genuinely end the crisis. Without first aid, the physical healthcare system would be overwhelmed and in crisis. WITH second aid, mental health systems would no longer be in overwhelm, ending the crisis. It's a bold statement, but there's a whitepaper explaining it all too
Our loved ones don't always reach out for help when they're overwhelmed, worrying they'll be a burden, or ashamed of appearing weak. Everyone deserves help in difficult times, so I created:

It's ridiculously simple.
First aid prevents physical healthcare systems being overwhelmed and in crisis. Second aid will do the same for mental healthcare.
Second aid will keep our loved ones safe.
Second aid will end the crisis.
This needs to be everywhere.
Share the link with family and friends so they're safe when you're not around, and if you have a HR rep/office manager at work, share it with them so they can put a QR code to keep colleagues safe.
Honestly, it could turn the tide on mental health.
