@snnyrckts143 @FACEIT_Darwin @cilginbad @FACEIT @FACEITcs I had this exact issue, you have to request your data to be deleted from the verified account and to delete the account and then you can't use an account for 6 months. Then you can verify the account with steam. It's a GDPR thing so they won't work around this unfortunately.

@Himicane @TrickyGN @FACEIT_Darwin I think it probably takes into account utility usage and stuff too, but just speculation seen as don't actually have any info from FaceIT yet.

@Himicane @TrickyGN @FACEIT_Darwin Based on the screenshot (I don't know exactly just guessing here) but I think the system takes into account literally everything, so you might have been getting entries and stuff but you HS% is only 15% and same with guy above you. Probably the thing tanking the score.

@Himicane @TrickyGN @FACEIT_Darwin Based on it being Swing% (Not sure if literally swinging or it means something completely different) they might take into account accuracy when entry fragging, so if you entry with 60% HS then you like have better crosshair placement, better accuracy etc.
