So i just got to know that a kid from UOL deleted himself by jumping off from the 4th floor and at the very same day, a party was happening. Apparently, loud music and kanjarpanna was way more important than interrogating the professor who caused a kid to end his life.

A student from UOL (University of Lahore) committed suicide after the University Department (Pharmacy Department) declared his entire semester ineligible due to short attendance in one subject. The student has now passed away.

— Notably, the student was also facing severe financial difficulties and had requested the concerned Professor to consider his situation. However, the professor thrashed him, which led to his subsequent suicide attempt. Students further claim that the professor deliberately reduces attendance, allegedly based on poor lesson recall.
Professors in Pakistan have gotten out of hand with regards to their dehumanizing behavior with the students.

The identities of the Student and the Professor are being kept confidential for privacy purposes.
