Self managed NAT Instance (it looks like it is quite complex to run it HA, monitored, patched and be able to achieve ~ 10GBps). 2. Nodes with public IPs. 3. IPV6. Option 2. looks now as the best

AWS NAT64. Now available in US East (N. Virginia), US West (Oregon), and US West (N. California).

The biggest incentive to deploy IPv6 outside of AWS today is now to reduce the costs spent on the Managed NAT Gateway traffic, which is prohibitively expensive. :-)
