Ex Senate President Alan Peter Cayetano,
Can you please explain why the names of Loren Legarda and Mark Villar were conveniently left out?
Dahil kakampi na, safe na?
The Constitution is clear and does not leave room for interpretation.
The Senate is composed of 24 Senators, and a majority of 13 constitutes a quorum to do business.
13 votes to constitute a quorum.
13 votes to elect officers.
A void election cannot create valid authority.
"These are people who are really capable of lying without batting an eyelash."

Loren Legarda was about to join Chiz Escudero to be with the new majority but she wanted to have Energy Secretary Garin ousted from the Cabinet. This is because of Leandro Leviste’s solar power scandal. Malacañang declined.
Solar project bust: Gov’t takes Leandro Leviste to court, seeks asset freeze

No one clapped when Alan Peter was elected SP. With Win's election as Pro Temp, buong gallery nagpalakpakan.
Useless talaga ang pag cling mo diyan sa position when no one respects you that much.
THE SENATE EMPLOYEES CLAPPING AND CHEERING FOR THE NEW LEADERSHIP!
Sapat na yan para malaman na mismong mga tao sa loob ng senado ay pagod na sa gulo at gusto na ng bagong liderato. Tuloy ang trabaho!

From Nutribun Republic:
Loren Legarda, Pia Cayetano, and Alan Peter Cayetano were all part of seven sessions where quorum was held at 12 and not 13.
And they never objected or filed a case before the Supreme Court.
Muntanga! 😂
