2 patients of mine who haven’t had hallucinations since I’ve been seeing them (3 yrs) popped up with some intense hallucinations + delusions this week.

@janiethepa I work in geriatrics so I usually check for a UTI first. One came back negative already. She has Parkinson’s and was previously doing well on abilify but it was d/c a year ago. I restarted her on that but may need to change to something like nuplazid if that doesn’t work
