I hacked this (at)alexshilo4 account and posted 750+ in a few days of a mix of thought leadership humor regarding tech and business, a personal narrative of domestic violence and mental health, and a huge big fuck you to the social class system in the United States of America that stifles connection and entrepreneurship. My thesis 250 years in is that we have a people operations and talent development problem systematically across industries; good news, it is more of a policy problem and the people have a saturated amount of ideas to improve things. I wanted to show how a X account with few followers and having asked for the algorithm to put it's foot on my neck...even with those headwinds I got to interact with the 1% in business and entrepreneurship AND I accumulated more views and hearts than one would expect based on my follower number. IT WAS a fun experience. (at) elonmusk I shared constructive feedback about the platform. (at)Jason I'll give you a break from my Meyers briggs of protagonist ENFJ though I still may move to Austin for the hell of it. More on my startup called HALY corporation soon; aims to improve not replace internal talent development and people operations at companies with 2 to about 500 employees. Sure it is not sexy. But it does address executive paranoia and counters the sanitization of corporate America losing humor and fun along the way. I also run @haleee2026 and @sportlady0aol . for now goodbye!
