@qrsupport I am still waiting for my refund 2 months after being unable to travel due to covid 19. No reply, nothing. When will you refund my money? Unacceptable customer service.
@BootstrapCook#Covid19ShitList@qatarairways Refusing to refund tickets, only offering vouchers to use within a year, refusing cancelling flights so they don't have to refund ticket prices. No good to me as I won't be able to travel for at least 2 years. Bloody useless customer service as well
@qrsupport Why are you still insisting on not giving full refunds to people? Do you not get the fact that we are not allowed to travel? A voucher is no good for me as I can't travel this time next year. The earliest I can travel is in 2 years time.
