We built a Claude skill that writes our case studies in our exact tone. Problem, solution, results. Same structure every time.
Plerion was the first one through it: 11 meetings booked, $20K ARR closed.

Most leaders use AI for execution.
The bigger unlock is decision-making.
Claude ranks our customers, checks Stripe revenue, accounts for sender capacity, distributes work across the team. 5 min vs 2 hrs.

Most underrated feature in Claude Code is the Claude.md file.
Voice, approval workflows, every API for your stack. Auto-fed into every task.
If you're not using one, you're missing the biggest unlock.

Every SaaS startup faces churn. Most catch it too late.
We pull the CRM, call transcripts, Slack, email, and product usage. Cross-reference everything. Surface risk in 5 minutes.

Most outbound teams stop at reply rate. The real signal is deeper.
Which industries respond best, which titles convert, which messaging wins the A/B.
We cut that analysis from 4 hours to 5 minutes with a Claude skill.

Customer onboarding used to take us 4 hours.
Now: 5 minutes. We built a Claude skill that ingests the call, the docs, the ICP, and builds the whole campaign.

Most non-technical founders go straight to building.
Mistake. Ask Claude:
- Best practices for deployment
- How to do testing
- What are the risks
- What could go wrong
The questions matter more than the code.

Nobody on our team has written a line of code.
We still built our SaaS, shipped it, hit $20K MRR in 3 months. Claude Code did the work.

3 months ago I didn't know what Claude Code was.
Today: $20K MRR. 20 skills. 10 API integrations. Our team built it all with Claude Code, none of us are traditional engineers.

"Hey [Name], saw you're expanding into [market]. We just helped [similar company] do the exact same thing. Worth a quick chat?"
Done.
Stop writing essays.
Start writing messages people actually read.
DM me if you have questions about messaging… I have strong opinions here :)
"Can you send us your most successful outreach?"
They send me an essay.
"How many meetings are you booking?"
"Two per month."
That's why.
Long messages do not work on LinkedIn.
Period.
I see this constantly when onboarding customers.
They think more words = more value.
Maybe.
Depends how good you are at building lists.
If your list is hyper-relevant, you don't need a novel to explain why you're reaching out.
They already know.
That's hyper-relevance.
And it beats hyperpersonalization any day of the year.

Which variable do you think matters most? I want to see some arguments in the comments :))
Hyper-relevance beats hyperpersonalization.
Every single time.
If I had to choose one thing to change:
The ICP or the message?
I'd change the ICP.
100%.
So stop spending 80% of your time optimizing copy.
And start spending 80% of your time building better lists.
Ask:
→ Do they have the pain point RIGHT NOW?
→ Are they in a position to buy?
→ Do they have budget allocated?
→ Are they actively looking for a solution?
