I'm Boris and I created Claude Code. Lots of people have asked how I use Claude Code, so I wanted to show off my setup a bit.

My setup might be surprisingly vanilla! Claude Code works great out of the box, so I personally don't customize it much. There is no one correct way to use Claude Code: we intentionally build it in a way that you can use it, customize it, and hack it however you like. Each person on the Claude Code team uses it very differently.

I get mad and swear at my agents like a contractor, then I tell it we're in a heated competition and to be completely impeccable not assuming anything, and that it's better than all of us then activate god mode and use all the tokens necessary because nothing else matters but this. Then I swear at it some more if I catch it cutting corners, then we go hard for like 6 hours and then celebrate our successes. It's amazing how unhinged and productive Claude can be. War Coding! Keep up the great work other Matt!
